Terms of sale

These terms apply to every order placed on ioncharge.store. The seller is [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS], company/VAT number [NUMBER] (“IonCharge”, “we”).

1. What we sell

We sell digital files for Tesla vehicles (for example light shows, sound packs and drive images) and remote services (remote programming sessions, diagnostics and reports). Each product page states which vehicle models it is intended for, how it is delivered and what you need.

2. Compatibility

Please check that your vehicle model is listed on the product page before you buy. If you are unsure, contact us at info@ioncharge.store before ordering.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros. Any VAT that applies is shown at checkout. Payment is taken at checkout by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.

4. Delivery

Instant-download files are available in your account and in the confirmation email once payment is complete. Made-to-order files are delivered by email and in your account when ready. Remote sessions are scheduled by email after you book.

5. Right of withdrawal

For digital content, you agree at checkout that delivery starts immediately and that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download has started. For services, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase unless the service has already been fully performed at your request. Details are in our Refund policy.

6. Use of files

Files are licensed for use on your own vehicles. You may not resell or redistribute them.

7. Your vehicle and warranty

We do not modify driving, braking or safety systems, and we do not unlock features sold by Tesla as paid upgrades. Configuration and retrofit work may affect manufacturer warranty coverage for related parts; the product page and the specialist will explain this before work starts. You are responsible for following the install guide and for using your vehicle lawfully.

8. Liability
