Refund policy

Digital files

Because files are delivered immediately, the right of withdrawal ends once you have started the download (you confirm this at checkout). If a file does not work on a vehicle model it is listed for, email info@ioncharge.store with your order number and vehicle model. We will help you install it, replace it, or refund you if we cannot make it work.

Made-to-order files

You can cancel for a full refund until we start work on your file. Once work has started, refunds are at our discretion.

Remote sessions and reports

You can cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, as long as the session has not taken place. You can reschedule a booked session up to [NOTICE PERIOD] before it starts. If a session cannot be completed because of a problem on our side, we will rebook it or refund you.

How to request a refund

Email info@ioncharge.store with your order number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
